The new Vodafone home smartphone is enabled connectivity LTE Cat. 6 to 225Mbps and provides a fingerprint, from 16MP camera HDR and 2K display.
Vodafone has not joking: its new smartphone Smart Platinum, which was created to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the birth of the first device Vodafone (Vodafone 710, clamshell phone of 2006), has all the right cards to position themselves firmly within ‘ interior of the medium / medium-high end of the mobile market. First phone with support for 4G + Vodafone technology (and therefore able to take advantage of the LTE Cat 6 225Mbps provider’s network), is characterized by very attractive hardware specifications.
Vodafone Smart Platinum, following close behind another device introduced in 2016 (Vodafone Smart Prime), sports a stylish design with thickness less than 7 mm, and a durable aircraft aluminum body with diamond polishing on the back cover. Both the back of the front windows are protected by Gorilla Glass technology.
The new Vodafone terminal has all the typical accessories of a business smartphone: the back is in fact place a biometric sensor for fingerprint recognition. It amazes the screen, characterized by a large 5.5-inch panel with a resolution Quad HD / 2K 2560 x 1440 pixels and AMOLED technology. The processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core, helped by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, expandable up to 128GB via microSD slot.
The battery is 3000 mAh, and benefits from the Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology, which allows you to get half of the charge in just 30 minutes. Stereo speakers complete the package with landscape mode, the 16MP rear camera with HDR and front 8MP, both equipped with LED flash. The default operating system is Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
Vodafone Smart Platinum will be available from 20 June in all Vodafone Stores and the Vodafone Italy website, priced at 429.99 euro.
